Presentation Skills (P205)
This course will provide instructions on how to design a presentation template. It will enable attendees to learn methods for engaging the audience, e.g. appropriate use of humor, ice breakers, audiovisual, handouts, exercises, etc.; how to identify the “dos and don’ts” of effective presentations; identify audience management techniques; and, deliver a sample presentation and receive constructive feedback.
Class is delivered via Zoom over two days. YOU MUST register for the first class in order to be able to attend both days and receive a certificate.
Please note: If you are using a purchase order to pay for this class, there will be an additional $6.00 charged for processing, per class!
The Wellspring Center for Prevention has instituted a new “No Show” policy that will result in a $15 fee assessed to any individual who fails to show up for a class or event held at or by the agency for which a fee is required. Individuals who cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged a fee.
