Description: This 6‑hour CEU training equips professionals with evidence‑based de-escalation strategies for safely and effectively responding to escalating client behavior. Participants will learn to recognize early warning signs, apply verbal and nonverbal interventions, and maintain therapeutic presence under pressure. The course integrates trauma‑informed principles, communication skills, and structured decision pathways to reduce risk and preserve rapport. Interactive scenarios and guided practice help attendees build confidence in managing aggression across diverse clinical settings.
