This course is designed to explore the complex relationship of family dysfunction, alcohol and drug abuse and prevention. Interactive exercises will be used to present adaptive roles and defense mechanisms of both addicted individuals and their family members. Strategies for assisting individuals and families will be discussed in depth.

Important notes:

  • This registration is for BOTH days of training (Thursday & Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
  • Purchase Orders are NOT accepted.
  • If you are using a NJPN scholarship certificate, please be sure to insert the number provided to you in the designated space in the online registration form.
  • All classes will be held at virtually via Zoom. Attendance log-in information will be shared with those who signed up for the class, in advance.

Each class starts promptly at 9AM.

Wellspring’s CPS courses have been approved for six (6) initial and renewal hours towards Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) credentials issued by the Addictions Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey (APCBNJ) (Provider #208)
