Prevention Activities & Methods (Domain 1: Planning and Evaluation)
Summary: To be effective, prevention activities must be tailored to the target population. This involves applying the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) strategies and using best practices. Activities can be designed using the Logic Model to address the needs of the community. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply various methods to the design of effective prevention activities.

- You must register for each class separately.

- If you are using a NJPN scholarship certificate, please be sure to insert the number provided to you in the designated space in the online registration form.
- All classes will be held at virtually via Zoom. Attendance log-in information will be shared with those who signed up for the class, in advance.
Each class starts promptly at 10AM.
Wellspring’s courses have been approved for six initial and renewal hours toward the Addiction Counselor License and Certification (LCADC and CADC) in New Jersey. They are also approved for CEU’s needed for the CPS, MFT, MFT-Permit, LPC, LAC, and LRC credentials, as well as re-certification hours for all credentials issued by the Addictions Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey (APCBNJ) (Provider #208).
