Class Description:
Crisis intervention counseling” means an attempt to facilitate crisis stabilization through the use of specific, time-limited counseling techniques. Crisis intervention counseling focuses on the present, providing pragmatic solutions to identified problems. This course will teach the importance of collaboration and ways to manage escalation.
This class will be offered virtually via Zoom. Login information, including the Zoom link and any attachments, will be shared two days prior to the start of the class via email, at which point registration will close. No purchase orders or checks will be accepted as payment for this class.
Certificates will be emailed as soon as possible after the class has ended.
