Description: Stigma remains one of the greatest obstacles to achieving positive mental health outcomes. It influences how people view themselves, how communities respond, and how systems provide care. Left unchallenged, stigma can prevent individuals from accessing the support they need and reinforce harmful stereotypes that affect entire communities. This workshop explores the stigma surrounding mental health, its impact on individuals and communities, and strategies to challenge and overcome these barriers.
