Strengthen your family bond and protect your child’s future—sign up for the Strengthening Families Program today!

The Strengthening Families Program: For Parents and Youth 10-14 (SFP 10-14) is designed to equip both parents and youth with the skills needed to navigate challenges like peer pressure, stress, and family conflicts, which are critical for preventing risky behaviors, including substance use.

The program is conducted over seven weeks, involving 8-10 families, with sessions that include family dinners, separate parent and youth discussions, and joint family activities to reinforce communication and problem-solving skills.

The curriculum has shown significant positive outcomes, including reduced rates of substance use among youth, improved behavior in school, and stronger family relationships that continue to improve over time.

Take a look at the agenda and see how this program can make a difference for your family.
