At Wellspring, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality professional development training sessions.

Limited Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, unless one of the following circumstances apply:

1. Class Cancelled

If the course you registered for has been cancelled, you may request a Course Credit Code (details below) to apply your payment to a future class with the same ticket price. Alternatively, you may request a full refund at registrations@wcpnj.org.

2. Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events, such as a personal or family emergency, can occur. If you believe you have a special circumstance that warrants a refund, please reach out to us at registrations@wcpnj.org with details of your situation. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

3. You Registered for the Class Before July 2024

If you registered for a course before our Cancellation and Refund Policy was last updated (July 12, 2024), you may receive a full refund if you provide at least one (1) business day notice before the date of the course.


Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so at any time prior to the course date using the cancellation form on this page. However, we require notice of at least one (1) business day before the date of the course for the cancellation to be processed.

For example, if your course is on a Monday, you must cancel by the preceding Friday.

Course Credit Code

At the time of cancellation, you have the option to receive a single-use Course Credit Code, which can be used to register for any future class with the same ticket price. Each Course Credit Code may only be used once and expires after 90 days of issuance. 

Application of a Course Credit Code

To apply a Course Credit Code, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the registration page for the course where you want to apply the credit.
  2. Fill out the registration form and select “Yes” under the “Do you have a Course Credit Code?” field. 
  3. Copy & paste your unique, single-use Course Credit Code in the corresponding field. 
  4. Ensure all required fields have been entered, and click Submit.
  5. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder and send us an email at registrations@wcpnj.org.
