Neon flowers, suns, and upbeat messages of welcome covered the sidewalk of Carteret High School for the first day of school, courtesy of Pathways’ Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) Club.
SADD Club does activities throughout the year to create a positive atmosphere at CHS, increase the connection between students, and decrease bullying and isolation.
Student members also work to educate peers about prevention of: suicide, substance use, driving distracted, and violence. The club strives to guide CHS students to make positive decisions at this crucial time in life, towards a path of happiness and success!
Keep an eye out for upcoming events! For more information about SADD Club activities, search our prior blogs, and follow Pathways on Instagram @Pathwayssbys as well as on the Pathways sbysp Facebook page.
