At the end of this course, the student should be able to: Promote programs, services, and activities, and maintain good public relations; Participate in public awareness campaigns and projects relating to health promotion across the continuum of care; Prepare various media packages and distribute to media outlets; Establish positive working relationships with the media to promote prevention efforts; and, Coordinate planning and implementation of special events.
All classes will be held at virtually via Zoom. Attendance log-in information will be shared with those who signed up for the class, in advance.
Each class starts promptly at 10AM.
Wellspring's courses have been approved for six initial and renewal hours toward the Addiction Counselor License and Certification (LCADC and CADC) in New Jersey. They are also approved for CEU's needed for the CPS, MFT, MFT-Permit, LPC, LAC, and LRC credentials, as well as re-certification hours for all credentials issued by the Addictions Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey (APCBNJ) (Provider #208).
